Acceptable Use Policy

By using our website you agree to this policy — please read it carefully.

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of your agreement with us and applies to all Users of Pink Africa. You agree not to use Pink Africa, and not to Upload, post, share, send, or otherwise distribute any Content, in any way that:

  • Minors. Involves, depicts, encourages, promotes, or condones any form of sexual or other interest in or activity involving anyone under 18 years of age, including the creation, possession, or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Illegal activity. Violates any law, regulation, court order, or our Terms of Service, or that promotes, facilitates, or encourages any illegal activity.
  • Prohibited items. Promotes, advertises, sells, or facilitates the sale of weapons, drugs (legal or illegal), tobacco, alcohol to minors, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or any other prohibited or regulated items.
  • Hateful conduct. Promotes, incites, or glorifies hatred, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Abuse or harassment. Bullies, harasses, intimidates, threatens, stalks, or otherwise abuses any other person, including other Users, Pink Africa staff, or third parties.
  • Violence or harm. Promotes, encourages, glorifies, or threatens violence, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or any other dangerous behaviour, or that depicts gratuitous gore or graphic violence.
  • Prohibited bodily fluids. Depicts, describes, promotes, or facilitates the use of blood, urine, faeces, vomit, or other bodily fluids in a sexual or degrading context.
  • Inaccurate information. Includes any false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent statements, representations, or information, including impersonating any person or entity.
  • Non-consensual imagery. Depicts or includes any person (whether nude, partially nude, in a sexual context, or otherwise) without that person’s express, written, informed consent.
  • Public nudity. Depicts nudity or sexual activity in a public place, or in any place where it is unlawful, where bystanders or members of the public have not consented to being present.
  • Prohibited cyber activity. Introduces or attempts to introduce viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code; attempts to gain unauthorised access to Pink Africa or to any other system or account; scrapes, harvests, or otherwise collects Content or data from Pink Africa without our express written permission; or otherwise interferes with the proper operation of Pink Africa.
  • Copying content. Copies, reproduces, redistributes, republishes, or otherwise uses any Content from Pink Africa other than your own, except as expressly permitted by the Content owner or applicable law.
  • In-person meetings. Solicits, offers, arranges, or facilitates any in-person meeting, sexual or otherwise, in exchange for money or any other consideration.
  • Prohibited commercial activity. Uses Pink Africa for any commercial activity that is not expressly permitted by our Terms of Service, including unsolicited advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or money laundering.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether any Content or conduct violates this Acceptable Use Policy. If we determine that you have breached this Policy, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including removing Content, suspending or deleting your account, withholding Creator Earnings, and reporting you to the relevant authorities.
